Ongoing team response to a RFP to revitalize the modes of mobility within the Co Op City ( Bronx, NY) community, to incorporate more greenspace and to clean the banks of the Hutchinson River with multiple strategies including phytoremediation, the use of bio-swales and a sponge park so that it can once again be a safe communal space.
I Viottoli -Art Academy

Given a site located on Block Island, RI. we were asked to design an art academy which would house guest artists and students. This design was inspired by the pathways that existed on the site from pedestrian traffic, rain runoff and travelling fauna over the years.
